1. Working status monitored by touching screen

2. Transmission assembly is driven by 3-phase asynchronous motor stably.
3. Vertical lifting system is driven by servo motor through synchronous belt and guided by linear guide. The speed can be adjusted.
4. Horizontal moving system is driven by servo motor through gear and rack and guided by linear guide. The speed can be adjusted.
5. There are two models for operation: Auto and Manual.
Each section can be operated separately.
6. The whole machine adopts folded and split structure which is convenient for container transportation.
7. Vacuum absorption system includes vacuum generator and vacuum sucker, which is helpful for sucking the glass. Sucker and vacuum generator adopt Festo brand.
8. Electrical system: servo motor adopts MITSUBISHI Japan, low-voltage electrical appliances adopt SCHNEIDER.
